Our friends Ann Marie and Erick got married in San Antonio, so we took a little trip down there to attend. While we were there we went down to the Riverwalk (touristy, I know, but I have to do it sometime!) and to the zoo. I guess the San Antonio zoo is renowned. We had fun and I got to eat lots of tortillas! (Not all at once, but with various meals.)

Here we are at the Riverwalk on Friday night. Stacey, Chad, Tammy and Mommy and me. I had a chicken taco, one of my favorites. Oh and a bunch of chips and salsa.

Look! No more tortillas.

Where is the bear?

This is an Okapi. It looks half giraffe, half zebra. I was told it’s part of the giraffe family. Obviously the shorter part.

Elephants!

Daddy, let’s play chase!

Do you see the Zebras, Daddy?

mmmmmm….fruit bar. It was 98 degrees that day, but I finished most of this before it melted.

Here I am with Mommy on the train in the park next to the zoo.

Daddy, you need to sit properly on the train while it’s moving. Mommy and Daddy said I sat very still and proper while we were on the train. They thought I was scared, I thought we had gotten on a roller coaster. Oh well.

Here I am with the engineer of the train. I should have asked to drive.
